- Sour Cream 3 tablespoons

- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon
- Dry White Wine 10 fl oz

Step 1
Place a skillet over high heat.

Once it is well heated, add the mustard and white wine.

Let them simmer for a minute to evaporate excess liquid, then add the sour cream.
Step 4
Bring to a boil and cook on low heat for 7–8 minutes until the sauce reaches the desired consistency—it should resemble low-fat cream.
Step 5
Add salt, pepper, and parsley.
