Description

  • Shallot 2 heads
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
  • Sour Cream 10 oz
  • Dijon Mustard 3 spoons
  • Dijon Mustard 2 spoons
  • Cress salad 5 oz
  • Ramsons 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Finely chop the shallots, place them in a skillet with butter, and sauté, stirring, until soft. Then pour in the wine, bring to a boil, and let it reduce almost completely.

Step 2

Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the sour cream, mustard, and a third of a cup of hot water. Add finely chopped watercress and wild garlic, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
