Description
I often couldn't find the right fat content in cream, and I assure you, 20% will also work if you can't find the fatty ones as per the recipe. I make chicken broth from a bouillon cube. Optionally, you can add spices for chicken; curry seasoning beautifully colors the sauce.
Ingredients
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- 10% cream 10 fl oz
- Chicken Broth 2 tablespoons
- Spices to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the sauce, mix the cream with the chicken broth and reduce the mixture to a thick syrup consistency.
Step 2
Season with salt and pepper, add the mustard, and immediately remove from heat.
Step 3
Pour the finished sauce over hot chicken.
