
Mustard Marinade with Sage

Description
This is a great marinade for grilled pork and chicken.
Ingredients
- Dijon Mustard 2 tablespoons
- Lemon ½ piece
- Chopped Sage Leaves 16 pieces
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Honey 1 teaspoon
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the lemon zest on a fine grater and transfer it to a bowl. Squeeze the lemon juice into the bowl as well.
Step 2
Add the mustard, finely chopped sage leaves, minced garlic, olive oil, and honey. Season with salt and pepper, and mix everything well.
Step 3
Spread the mixture over the meat, cover, and let it sit for 1 hour.
