Mustard in Cucumber Brine
Ingredients
- Mustard Greens 5 fl oz
- Honey 0 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a jar or bowl, pour in the dry mustard and dilute it with cucumber brine (or cabbage or tomato brine) to the desired consistency. Add honey.
Step 2
Seal the jar (if prepared in a bowl, transfer to a jar and close tightly with a lid). Place in a warm place for 8–9 hours.
Step 3
After 8–9 hours, open the jar; if there is excess liquid, drain it and add vegetable oil, then place in the refrigerator.
