Ingredients
- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Onion 1 head
- Leafy Mustard 0 lbs
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon

Step 1
Rinse the greens well, dry them, and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté for about 6 minutes until translucent and golden.
Step 3
Then add the greens to the skillet, season with salt and pepper. Cook for a few minutes until the greens are tender.
Step 4
Add the lemon juice and remove from heat.
