- Dijon Mustard 6 teaspoons
- Dry White Wine 10 fl oz
- Crème fraîche 3 tablespoons
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

In a well-heated skillet, add the mustard and pour in the wine, allowing the excess liquid to evaporate, then add the crème fraîche or substitute it with sour cream.
Step 3
Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 7-8 minutes until the sauce reaches a creamy consistency.
Step 4
If desired, add a bit of chopped parsley.
