- Pasta shells 10 pieces
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
- Russian Cheese 5 oz

Thaw the mussels.

Place the mussels on a baking sheet with the shell side down.

Drizzle with lemon juice.

Add 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise on each mussel.
