- Frozen White Mushrooms 20 oz
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Garlic to taste
- Herbes de Provence to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the garlic and finely chop it.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet and add finely chopped garlic. Reduce the heat and sauté for 1 minute — it's very important not to let the garlic burn.
Step 3
Place the thawed mussels in a pan to simmer with garlic. Season with pepper and add a blend of French herbs.
Step 4
After 7–8 minutes, pour in the cream and continue to simmer the mussels until the cream thickens. If the cream doesn't thicken after a while, you can add a little bit of flour.
