Mussel Julien with Shrimp and Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 5 oz
- Mussels 5 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Sour Cream 4 tablespoons
- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 4 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Dill to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the mushrooms into strips.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion.
Step 3
Grate the cheese.
Step 4
Chop the herbs finely.
Step 5
Sauté the onion in heated butter for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Add the mushrooms and fry, stirring, for 7 minutes.
Step 7
Add the shrimp and mussels without thawing and simmer, stirring, over medium heat until the liquid evaporates.
Step 8
Season with salt and pepper, add sour cream, and mix well.
Step 9
Add the herbs and stir.
Step 10
Distribute into ramekins.
Step 11
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 12
Bake in a preheated oven until the cheese melts.
