- Whole egg 3 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Malt Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 15 fl oz
- Shallot 3 pieces
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Cayenne Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare 500 milliliters of mayonnaise.
Step 2
Boil 2-3 shallots in 100 milliliters of white wine until the liquid evaporates almost completely, then chop the cooled shallots and add them to the mayonnaise.
Step 3
Also add 1 teaspoon of chopped green onion and a little cayenne pepper.
