Ingredients
- Champignons 15 oz
- Porcini Mushrooms 15 oz
- Oyster Mushrooms 10 oz
- Garlic 8 cloves
- Cinnamon 4 pieces
- Lemon ½ pieces
- Thyme 1 bunch
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the champignon mushrooms in half, chop the oyster mushrooms into noodle-like strips, and cut the porcini mushrooms into neat slices.
Step 2
Sauté chopped thyme leaves, cinnamon sticks, and oyster mushrooms for three minutes, then add the champignon mushrooms and cook for an additional three minutes, followed by the addition of the white mushrooms and sauté for another three minutes.
Step 3
Mix the lemon juice with the crushed garlic and ground black pepper, pour the mixture into the skillet with the mushrooms, stir, and remove from heat. Serve with toasted white bread.
