Description

Tender, 'young' fried mushrooms with onions. What could be better? And if you add tarragon? It seems like incompatible things, but it's incredibly delicious and unusual.

Ingredients

  • Tarragon 0 oz
  • Onion 5 oz
  • Fresh Mushrooms 10 oz
  • Cilantro 0 oz
  • Parsley 0 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Black Cumin (Cumin) to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Blanch the champignons in boiling water with added spices (allspice, bay leaf, and salt) and herbs (celery stalk, parsley root, and sprigs of fresh tarragon).

Step 2

Cool the mushrooms, cut them in half, and fry them in a hot skillet with vegetable oil.

Step 3

Dice the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil with butter and salt.

Step 4

Remove the leaves from the tarragon stems and chop them together with the parsley and cilantro.

Step 5

Mix the fried mushrooms, chopped herbs, and sautéed onions, season with salt and pepper, add ground cumin, and simmer in butter for 10-15 minutes.
