Mushrooms with Cheese in the Oven
Ingredients
- Morels 10 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Herbes de Provence to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Peel the garlic.
Step 3
Press the garlic through a garlic press.
Step 4
Add herbs de Provence to taste.
Step 5
Pour in a little mayonnaise.
Step 6
Mix well.
Step 7
Wash the mushrooms and separate the stems.
Step 8
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 9
Stuff the mushrooms with cheese and place them in a baking dish. The mushroom stems can also be baked.
Step 10
Place in a preheated oven at 375°F for 25–30 minutes.
