Ingredients
- Butter 6 tablespoons
- Pickled Chanterelles 0 lbs
- Ricotta cheese 10 oz
- Onion ¼ head
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the stems from the mushrooms.
Step 2
Finely chop the mushroom stems.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix 0.5 cup of chopped stems, finely chopped onion, and ricotta.
Step 4
In a skillet, melt half of the butter and sauté half of the caps over medium heat for 5 minutes. Repeat with the remaining butter and caps.
Step 5
Preheat the grill in the oven.
Step 6
Fill the caps with the filling and place them on a baking sheet.
Step 7
Place under the grill until a golden crust forms, about 5-8 minutes.
