Ingredients
- Crab Meat 5 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz
- Ricotta cheese 0 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 4 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Dried Garlic to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Fresh Mushrooms 10 pieces
- Breadcrumbs 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the crab meat, ricotta, parsley, finely chopped green onion, and Parmesan. Add a little salt, pepper, and dried garlic. Mix well.
Step 3
Trim the stems off the mushrooms.
Step 4
Fill the caps with the stuffing and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top. Drizzle with vegetable oil.
Step 5
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
