- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 1 tablespoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
- Pickled Chanterelles 12 pieces
- Egg white 1 piece
- Chili jam 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Separate the caps from the stems of the mushrooms. Finely chop the stems.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the crab meat, finely chopped onion, parmesan, salt, parsley, and finely chopped mushroom stems.
Step 3
Stir in the lightly beaten egg and chili sauce.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 300°F.
Step 5
Fill the mushroom caps with the stuffing and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
