Ingredients

  • Dried Chinese mushrooms 5 oz
  • Sour Cream ¾ cup
  • Horseradish Leaves 0 oz
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse the mushrooms and soak them in cold salted water for 3–4 hours.

Step 2

Then boil them in the same water and drain.

Step 3

Chop them into thin strips and place them in a salad bowl.

Step 4

Peel the horseradish root, wash it, dry it, and grate it finely.

Step 5

Then mix it with sour cream, add salt to taste, and pour the resulting mixture over the mushrooms.
