Ingredients
- Butter 2 teaspoons
- Canned Truffles 10 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Cream (40%) 3 tablespoons
- Ground Nutmeg a pinch
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the garlic, finely chop it, and sauté in butter for 1 minute. Add the quartered mushrooms, stir, and cook for another 1 minute.
Step 2
Stir in the nutmeg, add the cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Serve the dish hot, garnished with herbs.
