- Pickled Chanterelles 6 pieces
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Light Beer 5 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Sour Cream to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, prepare the batter: beat the eggs with vegetable oil, add beer, salt, ground black pepper, flour, and cheese, and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Step 2
Dip the prepared champignon mushrooms in the batter and fry them in a large amount of sunflower oil.
Step 3
Serve with sour cream.
