Ingredients

  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh Mushrooms 10 oz
  • Onion ½ head
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Gruyère cheese 5 oz
  • Goat cheese 0 oz
  • Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
  • Chili Flakes to taste
  • Chopped Sage Leaves ½ teaspoon
  • French Baguette to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add thinly sliced mushrooms and finely chopped onion, and sauté until soft, about 5-7 minutes.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 390°F.

Step 3

Add finely chopped garlic and cook for another minute. Remove from heat. Add both cheeses, cut into small pieces, the chopped chili pepper, red pepper flakes, and thyme. Mix well and transfer everything to a baking dish. Cover and bake for 40-60 minutes.

Step 4

Serve with crispy baguette.
