  • Fresh Mushrooms 20 oz
  • Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Sour Cream 1 jar
  • Butter 2 tablespoons
  • Cheese Spread 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Different types of mushrooms can be prepared baked, but morels are especially delicious. Clean the mushrooms, rinse them, and place them in boiling water for 5–10 minutes, then drain in a colander and rinse again in cold water (the broth is not suitable for consumption).

Step 2

Slice the mushrooms and sauté them in a heated pan with oil. At the end of frying, sprinkle with flour, mix, pour in the sour cream, let it boil, then drizzle with butter (optionally sprinkle with grated cheese) and bake in the oven.

Step 3

Serve the baked mushrooms hot in the same pan.
