  • Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
  • Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Dill 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Finely chop the champignon mushrooms, season with salt, and sauté in butter, adding sour cream. Transfer the cooked mushrooms to cocottes, filling them 3/4 full, then add 1 teaspoon of sour cream on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Step 2

Bake in the oven at 390°F for 7–10 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
