  • Breadcrumbs ½ cup
  • Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Dried parsnip 3 teaspoons
  • Lemon ¼ piece
  • Salt 0.3 teaspoons
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil, add finely chopped garlic, and sauté for a minute, then add thinly sliced mushrooms and cook until soft.

Step 2

Add the breadcrumbs and parsley and stir until the breadcrumbs are golden.

Step 3

Then drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Mix well and serve hot.
