Mushroom Tartlets with Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 20 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Herbs to taste
- Tartlets 20 pieces
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken breast and cut it into small cubes.
Step 2
Boil the eggs hard and chop them finely.
Step 3
If the pickled mushrooms are small, you can leave them whole; otherwise, cut the mushrooms into several pieces.
Step 4
Chop the tomatoes finely, drain excess juice, mix with the chopped eggs and chicken, add the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, dress with mayonnaise, and mix well.
Step 5
Place the resulting mixture on the tartlets and garnish them, for example, with sprigs of dill and parsley leaves, and top with a small mushroom.
