Mushroom Skewers
Ingredients
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Salt a pinch
- Morels 10 pieces
- Lemon 1 piece
- Herbes de Provence to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly wash the mushrooms and dry them with a paper towel.
Step 2
Place them in a glass bowl. Pour lemon juice and vegetable oil over them. Add a pinch of salt and herbs de Provence. You can also use other herbs that you think pair well with mushrooms.
Step 3
Let the mushrooms marinate for 1 hour.
Step 4
Thread them onto skewers and cook in an electric grill or over coals until golden brown. The most important thing is not to overcook them!!! In my electric grill, the mushrooms take about 15 minutes to cook.
