Ingredients
- Champignons 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Herbs to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the mushrooms and onion, then sauté them in vegetable oil for 15 minutes with the lid on to prevent the liquid from evaporating (if the mushrooms seem too dry, you can add a little water).
Step 2
Then add sour cream and simmer for another 5–7 minutes.
Step 3
Cool down, add herbs, and blend everything in a blender until smooth.
