Ingredients
- Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Red port 5 fl oz
- Shallot 0 oz
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Campbell's Beef Broth 10 fl oz
- Worcestershire Sauce 2 teaspoons
- Passata Tomato Sauce 1 teaspoon
- Dried Rosemary 0.1 teaspoons
- Dijon Mustard ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thinly slice the mushrooms and transfer them to a bowl. Add the flour and mix well.
Step 2
In a skillet, combine the port wine, chopped shallot, and vinegar. Bring to a boil and cook for about 3 minutes until slightly thickened. Reduce to medium heat.
Step 3
Add the broth, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, and rosemary. Cook for another minute.
Step 4
Then add the mushrooms and cook for another 3 minutes, stirring.
Step 5
Add the mustard and mix well.
