Mushroom Sauce with Herbs
Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Onion 1 head
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Herbs to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the mushrooms and onion, and sauté in vegetable oil for 15 minutes with the lid on to prevent evaporation (if the mushrooms turn out too dry, you can add a little water).
Step 2
Then add the sour cream and simmer for another 5–7 minutes.
Step 3
Cool down, add the herbs, and blend everything in a blender until smooth.
