Ingredients
- Onion 2 heads
- Morels 15 oz
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Basil 2 teaspoons
- Cream 22% 5 teaspoons
- White Pepper (whole) to taste

Step 1
Peel and finely chop the onion. Sauté in a pan.
Step 2
Slice the mushrooms and fry them in the pan until all the water evaporates.
Step 3
Add the spices and cream and cook until a thick sauce forms.
Step 4
