Ingredients

- Rosemary 1 stem
- Garlic 1 clove
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Port Wine 0 fl oz
- Onion 1 head
- Ricotta cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion, mushrooms, and garlic.
Step 2
Place all ingredients except the cheese in a skillet and cook for about 4 minutes until excess moisture evaporates.
Step 3
Cool and mix with the cheese.
Step 4
Transfer to a mold and refrigerate overnight for at least 4 hours.
