Ingredients
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 1 clove
- Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves ½ teaspoon
- Goat cheese ¼ cup
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the butter in a skillet, add the sliced onion, and cook for about 20-30 minutes over low heat until the onion begins to caramelize.
Step 2
Add the minced garlic and thyme and sauté for another minute.
Step 3
Add the quartered mushrooms and cook until tender.
Step 4
Make a small well, add the crumbled gorgonzola, and let it melt slightly.
Step 5
Pour in the lightly beaten eggs and cook without stirring for 2-4 minutes until set. Cut, sprinkle with fresh thyme, and serve.
