Mushroom Keto Pizzetta
Ingredients
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Flaxseeds 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Butter 2 pieces
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 2 tablespoons
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the butter in a skillet.
Step 2
Sauté the thinly sliced mushrooms until golden brown.
Step 3
Add the cream cheese and reduce the heat. Stir well.
Step 4
Pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Add the cheese (2 tablespoons), mix, and remove from heat.
Step 6
In a deep bowl, combine the eggs, flaxseed flour, olive oil, baking powder, and salt.
Step 7
Form an oval base on parchment paper using wet hands.
Step 8
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F.
Step 9
After 5 minutes, spread the filling on the base and sprinkle with cheese.
Step 10
Return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
Step 11
Transfer to a plate and serve.
