Ingredients
- Canned Champignon Mushrooms 1 can
- Onion 1 head
- Chicken Bouillon Cube 1 piece
- Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Grated Cheese 3 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and lightly sauté it in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Chop the mushrooms finely, add them to the onion, mix, and lightly simmer over low heat.
Step 3
Dissolve the bouillon cube in 125 ml of hot water, add the liquid from the mushrooms, and mix.
Step 4
Add the flour to the sautéed mushrooms, carefully mix to avoid lumps, and gradually pour in the broth and mushroom liquid mixture while stirring.
Step 5
Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, add the sour cream, and mix.
Step 6
Divide the resulting mixture into ramekins and sprinkle with cheese.
Step 7
Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
