Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 0 oz
- Nutmeg a pinch
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the mushrooms and chop them finely; do the same with the onion and garlic.
Step 2
Heat a skillet and pour in the oil (make sure it’s not cold), then add the nutmeg (to release its aroma); after about 1 second, add the onion and sauté until golden.
Step 3
Next, add the garlic and then the mushrooms.
Step 4
Sauté until the mushrooms are cooked, approximately 10 minutes.
