Ingredients
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Fresh Mushrooms 10 oz
- Thyme 5 sprigs
- Butter 0 oz
- Olive Oil to taste
- Smoked cheese sauce 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chopped Sage Leaves to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the mushrooms by removing the stems and place them in a greased baking dish with the caps facing down.
Step 2
Finely chop the mushroom stems and mix them with the minced garlic and thyme leaves. Fill the caps with this mixture.
Step 3
Top each cap with a small piece of butter.
Step 4
Brush with olive oil and place a thin slice of mozzarella on each. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
