Ingredients

  • Garlic 5 cloves
  • Fresh Mushrooms 10 oz
  • Thyme 5 sprigs
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Olive Oil to taste
  • Smoked cheese sauce 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Chopped Sage Leaves to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Clean the mushrooms by removing the stems and place them in a greased baking dish with the caps facing down.

Step 2

Finely chop the mushroom stems and mix them with the minced garlic and thyme leaves. Fill the caps with this mixture.

Step 3

Top each cap with a small piece of butter.

Step 4

Brush with olive oil and place a thin slice of mozzarella on each. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Preheat the grill in the oven and place the mushrooms for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and fragrant. Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with parsley, and serve immediately.
