Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles 15 oz
- Tartlets 4 pieces
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Cheese Spread 5 oz

Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Dice the champignon mushrooms.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a skillet.
Step 4
Sauté the mushrooms over medium heat for 5–7 minutes.

Add salt.
Step 6
Add ground black pepper.
Step 7
Pour in the cream and reduce the heat to low.
Step 8
Simmer the mushrooms in the cream over low heat for another 3–4 minutes.
Step 9
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 10
Place the tartlet shells on a baking sheet and fill them with mushrooms.
Step 11
Top with grated cheese. Bake in the oven until the cheese melts on top.
Step 12
Sauté thin slices of mushrooms for garnish.
Step 13
Arrange the tartlets on a plate, garnish with toasted mushroom slices and parsley.
