Ingredients
- Couscous 15 oz
- Pistachios 5 oz
- Raisins 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Ocean salt to taste
- Black Cumin (Cumin) to taste
- Lemon 1 piece
- Cilantro to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the raisins, pine nuts, and couscous in olive oil with added butter until golden brown.
Step 2
Transfer to a pot and pour boiling water (or broth) over it. Let it sit for 7–10 minutes and stir.
Step 3
Serve with a piece of butter.
