Morning oat pudding with banana and yogurt under a golden caramel crust
Ingredients
- Water 10 fl oz
- Salt a pinch
- Ground Oats 5 oz
- 10% cream 2 tablespoons
- Ground Cinnamon 2 teaspoons
- Brown Sugar 5 tablespoons
- Roasted Peanuts 1 tablespoon
- Bananas 2 pieces
- Natural Yogurt 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill in the oven.
Step 2
In a saucepan, bring water with salt to a boil and add the oats. Reduce the heat and cook for 3-5 minutes until all the liquid is absorbed. Add the cream, cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and seeds. Mix well and distribute the mixture into 4 pudding molds.
Step 3
Top with thin slices of banana, then add 75 ml of yogurt each.
Step 4
Sprinkle with brown sugar on top and place under the grill for about 1 minute until the sugar caramelizes. Serve hot or leave overnight and serve cold.
