Ingredients
- Crackers 4 pieces
- Ham 2 slices
- Semi-soft cream cheese 0 oz
- Fig 2 pieces
- Date honey 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Cut the figs into quarters and place them in the oven for 7 minutes to soften.
Step 3
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each cracker (can be substituted with goat cheese or ricotta), then place a slice of ham (prosciutto, bresaola, or any other meat, preferably very thinly sliced with minimal fat content) on top.
Step 4
Add a quarter of a fig on top and drizzle with flower honey (any honey will work, such as lavender, lime, or truffle honey).
