Description

You can use berries of your choice: raspberries, blackberries, red currants, and gooseberries are all acceptable. Greek yogurt is closest to our low-fat sour cream (15% fat or less).

Ingredients

  • Fresh Berries 5 oz
  • Strawberry 5 oz
  • Fresh Mint 4 sprigs
  • Natural Yogurt 4 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Depending on their size, cut the strawberries in half or into quarters.

Step 2

Mix with the blueberries and fresh mint leaves.

Step 3

Place in individual salad bowls and add 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt to each bowl.
