Ingredients
- Tomatoes 5 pieces
- Unleavened dough 10 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon 0 oz
- Herring 5 oz
- Semi-Smoked Sausage 5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Herbs 0 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean and finely chop the mushrooms, add 1 tablespoon of oil and the clove of garlic, season with salt, and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Mash the tomatoes; if the mixture is not thick enough, simmer it on low heat for a bit.
Step 3
Roll out the dough, place it on an oiled baking sheet, drizzle with oil, and spread a layer of warm tomato puree. Divide the surface of the rolled-out dough into 3 parts. Cover one part with mushrooms, the second with slices of sausage and olives, and the third with pieces of herring fillet and olives.
Step 4
Sprinkle with cheese and fresh herbs, drizzle with oil, and place in a preheated oven.
