- English cucumber 1 piece
- Mint Leaves 10 leaves
- Dessert Yogurt 1 cup
- Ground Cumin ½ teaspoon
- Cayenne Pepper a pinch
- Paprika a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
Peel the cucumber and grate it using a coarse grater. Transfer to a sieve and squeeze out the excess moisture.

Finely chop 10 large mint leaves.
Step 3
