
Ministerial Chicken Cutlets

Description
These cutlets are great in sandwiches with fresh vegetables for a picnic.
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Chicken fillet 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Potato protein 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the fillet into medium-sized pieces (about 2x2 cm). Transfer to a deep bowl.
Step 2
Add the egg, mayonnaise, starch, salt, and pepper to the chicken. Mix well. The consistency should be like batter for pancakes.
Step 3
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 4
Fry in a hot skillet with oil like pancakes, using a ladle or tablespoon, for 6–9 minutes on each side. The size of the cutlets can be any — at your discretion, however, the smaller they are, the easier they are to flip.
