Mini Pizzas with Ham
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Coarsely Ground Rye Flour 5 oz
- Sugar ½ teaspoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Dry yeast 2 teaspoons
- Yogurt powder 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 1 clove
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Oregano 1 teaspoon
- Ham 0 oz
- Arugula to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
- Melted Cheese 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sift the wheat flour into a bowl, add the coarse ground flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well, make a well in the center, and add 125 ml of water and yogurt. Mix thoroughly. Place on a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes. Cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 20-30 minutes, until it doubles in size.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Punch down the dough and divide it into 4 portions. Roll each portion into circles with a diameter of 15 cm. Place on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Mix the tomato paste, minced garlic, oregano, and 1 tablespoon of water. Spread the sauce over the dough, top with sliced ham and grated mozzarella. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges of the pizza are golden. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped arugula and drizzle with olive oil.
