Ingredients
- Zucchini 10 oz
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Red Bell Pepper ½ piece
- Chopped dill 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
- Cherry Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Mozzarella Cheese 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Butter 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Grease the baking molds with butter.
Step 3
Peel the zucchini, grate it, and sprinkle with salt.
Step 4
In a large bowl, combine the prepared zucchini, cottage cheese, diced bell pepper, and finely chopped dill. Mix well.
Step 5
Crack the eggs into a separate bowl and beat them with a fork. Add sour cream, salt, and pepper.
Step 6
Combine both mixtures.
Step 7
Distribute the resulting mixture into the molds; on top, add halved cherry tomatoes and mozzarella sliced into rounds.
Step 8
Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. The casserole will slightly sink when you open the oven.

Serve immediately with crispy toast and herbs.
