Mini burgers with tzatziki sauce and pickles
Ingredients
- Natural Yogurt 2 cups
- Courgette 1 piece
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Dill 1½ teaspoons
- Salt 3 teaspoons
- Veal Mince 10 oz
- Veal Mince 10 oz
- Pork fat 5 oz
- Spanish onions 0.3 heads
- Dried Rosemary ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Hamburger Bun 9 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the tzatziki sauce. In a medium bowl, mix yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, and dill. Add salt. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 2
Prepare the burgers. In a food processor, combine beef and veal mince, fat, garlic, salt, onion, oregano, and black pepper. Blend until smooth. Divide the mixture into 9 equal parts and form patties.
Step 3
Preheat the grill. Toast the buns on the grill, cut side down. Set aside.
Step 4
Grill the patties.
Step 5
Place the cooked patties on the toasted buns, drizzle with tzatziki sauce, add pickles, and top with the other half of the bun. Enjoy your meal!
