Millet-Potato Zrazy with Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Millet 35 oz
- Potatoes 4 pieces
- Chicken Eggs 2 pieces
- Bran 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 6 tablespoons
- Onion 1 piece
- Fresh Mushrooms 10 oz
- Dill ½ bunch
- Parsley ½ bunch
- Rosemary to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Allspice to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the mushrooms with the chopped onion in 3 tablespoons of oil. During the sautéing process, add the herbs to the mushrooms.
Step 2
Cook the millet in water for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Mash the potatoes, add the cooked millet and eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Step 4
Place the mushrooms in the center of the dough circles and shape into zrazy. Coat in bran.
Step 5
Fry the zrazy for about 2 minutes on each side.
