Description

There is no longer a need to buy millet, sort it, and then soak and cook it for a long time, because millet is very hard and difficult to process. Stores now offer millet flakes that cook quickly, resulting in a tender and incredibly delicious porridge. Raspberry jam adds sweetness to cold winter mornings :)

Ingredients

  • Millet 5 oz
  • Milk 25 fl oz
  • Butter 2 teaspoons
  • Raspberry gin 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Pour millet flakes into a pot and add milk.

Step 2

Cook on low heat for 5–7 minutes until ready.

Step 3

Serve in bowls, adding butter and raspberry jam.

Step 4

Serve immediately, without letting it cool.
