Ingredients
- Millet 10 oz
- Pumpkin ½ piece
- Milk 25 fl oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pumpkin into small pieces, pour water over it, and simmer until partially cooked.
Step 2
Add hot milk, bring to a boil, transfer to pots, add rinsed millet and sugar, and cover with lids. Cook the porridge until done in the oven.
Step 3
Before serving, add melted butter.
